Tree Trimmings Sparkling Cocktail

• 1 1/2 ounces elderflower liqueur

• 4-5 ounces champagne or sparkling wine

• 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

• Rosemary sprig

Measure 1 1/2 ounces (or one shot) of elderflower liqueur and pour into your glass. Top with 4 to 5 ounces of your favorite bubbly. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.
